The Newton YMCA and Jasper County United Way are sponsoring a free movie at the Capitol II Theatre in Newton.
“Sing” will be shown at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The event is free, but tickets can be picketed up at the Capitol II or the YMCA.
A $3 special will be available and will include a 16 ounce pop and a 32 ounce popcorn.
The event is open to the public.
