Esther Maye Shrum Auten, 91, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, in Spanish Fork, Utah. She is a former longtime resident of Newton. A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15 at the Spanish Fork 10th Ward, 353 E. 400 North, Spanish Fork, Utah. There will be a viewing from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
