MAT team begins competition season

The MAT Tumbling/Trampoline Team traveled to the Quad Cities to compete at their first meet of the 2017-18 season.

MAT had several team members at this meet, most of whom were competing for the first time in a new level. It was a larger meet for the MAT athletes and provided a good look at some of the competition they will experience this year.

“I felt the Green Team athletes performed well for their first appearance of the tumbling/trampoline season,” MAT Coach Ron Brooks said.

The Quad Cities competition had all three events, tumbling, trampoline and double mini trampoline competing the same day. The following are the results from the Quad Cities meet.
