CEDAR RAPIDS — Cedar Rapids police are identifying a man found dead on a front porch.
Police on Tuesday identified the victim of the Sunday night homicide as 40-year-old Tarrence Newman.
Officers were called Sunday night to a disturbance at a home. When they arrived, they found Newman dead on the front porch.
The State Medical Examiner’s Office says Newman had been shot at least once.
