The City of Newton and Ground Breaker Homes will host a groundbreaking ceremony at 2 p.m. on Monday at Cardinal Ridge. The 4.25 acre development features single-family lots and bi-attached lots. Home prices in the development are projected to range from $225,000 to $300,000.
Cardinal Ridge is the first section of the former Newton Country Club to be developed. The location is regarded as one of the finest residential real estate sites in the Newton and there are 60 plus acres of land available for future development.
The groundbreaking will feature words from city officials, Ground Breaker Homes representatives and a photo opportunity. Representatives will be available to answer questions after the groundbreaking.
