Robert A. Scarbrough, 62, of Newton, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017, at his home. A memorial service and full military honors will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
