• Sally A. Brandmayr, 29, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. Sept. 5 at Hy-Vee for fifth-degree theft. She was also arrested on a Marshall County warrant for fifth-degree theft. Brandmayr was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
• Vinnie S. Wells, 26, of Carroll, was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon at 10:17 a.m. Sept. 5 after a person in a black Ford Explorer allegedly flashed a handgun at another motorist. The vehicle was located on Interstate 80 mile marker 164. The victim said the back seat passenger displayed a handgun at her after a road rage incident. Inside of Wells’ vehicle there was a black Smith & Wesson 9 mm semi-auto handgun in the glove compartment. Wells was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.
