The annual NASCAR Xfinity Series Hauler parade has become a fan-favorite tradition to kickoff the final race weekend for Iowa Speedway each season. The 2017 hauler parade is Thursday with the Xfinity Series haulers leaving Iowa Speedway at 5:50 p.m. and winding their way down Newton’s First Avenue to downtown at 6 p.m. The trucks will drive past Maytag Park on West 4th St. South as they head back to Iowa Speedway at 6:30 p.m. Iowa Speedway’s final 2017 race weekend includes the NASCAR K&N Pro Series Casey’s General Stores 150 presented by Vatterott College at 7:30 p.m. Friday and the NASCAR Xfinity Series U.S. Cellular 250 presented by American Ethanol at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
