The Prairie City EMS is partnering with Wilkie’s Garage and Stampede to host its inaugural Prairie Pig Out and Bike Night Saturday, combining a meat smoker challenge with a motorcycle night in Prairie City’s downtown Garden Square. Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m. First, second and third place cash prizes will be awarded.
Wrist bands will available for $10 for those wanting to eat. Kids under the age of 6 are free.
The bike night begins at 5 p.m. with a beer/event garden provided by Wilkie’s Garage.
