Second Annual Pedal the Prairie Saturday at NSNWR

The Second Annual Pedal the Prairie event is at 9 a.m. May 20.

Ride the Prairie Parkway Bike Trail and enjoy an opportunity to see bison and elk, view the prairie landscape and toss seed bombs into the prairie. Explore the Prairie Learning Center, meet live animals, and participate crafts and many other activities.

These activities take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Snacks will be provided. No registration is necessary. If you have a Facebook account, you may go to the Neal Smith NWR Facebook page, click on Events and click on “Going.” If you don’t have an account, you are welcome to join the ride.
