• Kaleb L. Davenport, 22, of Tama, was charged with operating while under the influence at 12:44 a.m. April 23 after a deputy saw Davenport walking along the highway with a flashlight. Davenport smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot, water eyes. Davenport said he was operating a vehicle when a tire fell off and went into the ditch. Davenport said he drank three beers at the races in Knoxville. Davenport’s breath test gave a result of .140. He was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.
