Progress Industries was presented a $10,000 incentive by the City of Newton and Newton Housing Development Corporation for a new home at 1217 N. Fourth Ave. E. Bruce Showalter, left, director of the Newton Housing Development Corporation and Craig Armstrong, right, development specialist for the City of Newton, presented the $10,000 incentive to Progress Industries’ President and CEO Sandy Ham. The Newton Housing Initiative provides incentives to home builders, real estate developers, property owners, and home buyers to expand the quantity and quality of our available housing inventory.
