• Adrian Naveja, 23, of Kellogg, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 8 a.m. March 23. Naveja is accused of taking power tools from Aline Iron and Metal at 101 High St. in Kellogg. Naveja is accused of then selling the tools to a neighbor. Naveja told officials he did take the power tools. The value of the tools was $400. Naveja was released and issued a citation to appear in court.
