• Caleb Micheal Schwabe, 24, of Kellogg, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. March 30 at 115 N. Second Ave. E. on a warrant for parole violation. Schwabe was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
• Ryan Michael Tool, 22, of Newton was arrested at 5:41 p.m. March 30 at 200 S. Fifth Ave. E. on a warrant for parole violation. Tool was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
