• Preston A. Compo, 22, of Kellogg, was charged with driving while license under suspension and failure to provide insurance at 11:24 p.m. Tuesday after police initiated a stop on a red sedan for having an inoperable driver's side brake light in the 400 block of West Eighth Street South. Compo's license was suspended due to a serious violation. Compo also didn't have insurance and he didn't have any on file. He was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.
