Ruby E. Wallace, 95, of Monroe, died Friday, March 3, 2017, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 8 at the Monroe United Methodist Church, with burial following at Silent City Cemetery.
