Beginning Sunday, the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center will begin its seasonal hours of operation. The Visitor Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The trails and auto tour are open every day from dawn to dusk.
