• Penny J. Stevens, 49, of Kellogg, was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability and failure to obey official traffic control devices at 2:40 p.m. Jan. 18.
• Abby M. Brown, 32, of Newton, was cited with driving while license under suspension at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday.
• Joshua J. Ham, 28, of Newton, was cited with failure to obey traffic control device at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday after a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of East 31st Street North and North Fourth Avenue East. Ham told police the three-car accident was his fault because he couldn’t see due to the sun being in his eyes. Ham ran the stop sign at East 31st Street North, striking another vehicle. The impact pushed the second vehicle into the south bound lane of traffic, striking a third vehicle. No injuries were reported.
