Anita G. Jontz, 91, formerly of the Baxter and Newton areas, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. A time of remembrance and celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24 at the Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton, with a visitation a half hour prior to the service.
