Home buyers receive incentives

Matt and Diane Beitz purchased a custom-built ranch home in Fountain Hills Estates from Venture Homes, and received the benefit of a free lot in the subdivision, along with the NHDC “Get to Know Newton Welcome Package.”

Cole Farver of Farver True Value Hardware, Jessica White and Newton Housing Development Corporation Director Bruce Showalter stand in the home built by White, who purchased the Progress Industries lot in Bradford Estates and had a custom ranch home built on the site. She received a check for $10,000 from the City of Newton and the “Get to Know Newton Welcome Package,” worth nearly $3,700, from the NHDC.
