OSAGE — A man convicted of first-degree kidnapping in the brutal beating and imprisonment of a woman yelled obscenities at his victim and police after the verdict was read. Deputies escorted 23-year-old Nicholas Lenz out of the Mitchell County courtroom Friday after he began yelling. Lenz faces a mandatory term of life in prison for the kidnapping count when he’s sentenced on Dec. 20.
