BURLINGTON — A judge has sentenced a former Burlington City Council member to 32 years in prison after his conviction of sexual abusing teenage girls.
District Judge John Linn on Monday sentenced former councilman Chris King to 32 years following his Aug. 11 conviction of three counts of third-degree sexual abuse and one count of assault with the intent to commit sexual abuse of teenage girls. King met the girls, aged 16 to 18, through his Burlington photo studio.
