Man taken by ambulance after fall from ladder

A Newton firefighter takes down a ladder at Buick Lauterbach GMC's nearly completed new facility Tuesday morning. A man, who apparently fell from a ladder while painting, was taken to Skiff Medical Center by ambulance, but no immediate word was available on his condition. (Jason W)

An accident occurred involving a painting crew at the nearly completed new Lauterbach Buick GMC facility on First Avenue East in Newton on Thursday morning, leading to one man being taken to Skiff Medical Center by ambulance.

The man apparently fell from a ladder. No further details were immediately available.
