Junior Achievement training

Junior Achievement is gearing up to start at Newton High School and WEST Academy. The volunteers met Tuesday for training with Junior Achievement. This year, Junior Achievement will be in 10 different classes with about 20 students per class. Junior Achievement has curriculum that satisfies the Iowa Core. The volunteers will deliver this curriculum to the students while combining their expertise, professional perspective and entrepreneurial spirit. NDC joined this effort in workforce development to continue to partner Employers and Educators. NDC is currently raising money for this school year.
