The Jasper County Concert Association 2016-17 season will begin when “Bravissimo Broadway” opens the season at 7 p.m. on Sept. 26.
Erin Shields, soprano, Giuseppe Spoletini, baritone, and David Shenton, piano and violin serve up favorites from “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Man of La Mancha,” “Babes in Arms,” “Fiddler on the Roof” and more.
Three more concerts by professional entertainers follow in November, March and April. All concerts will be in the Centre for Performance at Newton Senior High School.
If you haven’t purchased your season ticket, now is the time to do so. Adult tickets are $40, family tickets are $90 and student tickets are $15. This price admits a person or family to all four concerts.
