LECLAIRE — A LeClaire man has been criminally charged after hospital staff say they discovered his 2-month-old daughter had multiple broken bones.
Jonathan Rose, 33, was arrested Tuesday and charged with child endangerment resulting in bodily injury. Police say Rose brought his daughter to a Davenport hospital on Monday, where she was found to have a broken leg and at least three broken ribs.
