The Baxter FFA is planning a pie contest and auction during Baxter Fun Days on July 9 at the Community Center in Baxter.
Pie Registration will be from noon to 12:30 p.m., contest at 12:30 p.m. with the auction to follow. All proceeds will go to the Baxter FFA chapter. Entrants are asked to not use personal pans. T he pans will not be returned.
There are three division, youth (17 and younger), men and women. The classes include meringue, single and double with a specialty class for candy pies.
A winner will be chosen for each class and division with special awards for best overall pie and prettiest pie. Email one of the following for pre-registration.
