PEO names scholarship winner

Charlotte Townsend, representing the Newton P.E.O. chapters, presented Kathryn Wyre a P.E.O. scholarship at the Dollars for Scholars award program May 6. P.E.O. is a women’s organization that provides scholarships, loans and grants to promote women’s education.
