The Iowa Friends of Companion Animals and Animal Rescue League of Iowa co-sponsored Puppy Mill Lobby Day 2016, originally scheduled for Wednesday, has been rescheduled to Feb. 10 due to the weather. Registration for the event is still set for 10:30 a.m. at Forte Banquet and Conference Center, 615 Third St. in Des Moines.
