Daloris M. Kelsey, 90, of Newton died on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016 at Skiff Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 24, at the First Assembly of God Church. The family will greet friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service. The Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the services.
