• Chicken Noodle Supper will begin at 4 p.m. Friday at Cabin in Holmdahl Park in Kellogg. The Kellogg Lions Club is hosting the supper to help raise funds for a new electronic sign to be erected in Kellogg.

You will be your own designer and will assemble, dress and accessorize your own french doll necklace. • Meet and Greet Event will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kellogg Fire Station, 417 Front St. in Kellogg. Event will be hosted by Kellogg Mayor Mark Frymoyer, and Iowa House candidate Wes Breckenridge, Jasper County Sheriff John Halferty and Jasper County Auditor Dennis Parrott will be in attendance.

• Central Iowa Ostomy Support Group will meet at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at Meeting Room A of the Newton Public Library, 100 N. Third Ave. W. The speaker will be Chris Huebener, Convatec representative. • Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jacob Krumm Nature Preserve in Newton. The public is invited. The clinics, led by Jasper County Conservation staff. A limited number of snowshoes, skis and boots in all sizes will be available for a $10 equipment fee or participants can bring their own equipment.
