DES MOINES — Police have arrested a Des Moines man a day after a crash that killed a 22-year-old woman. Investigators Tuesday charged 24-year-old Troy Lee Mure Jr. with vehicular homicide by reckless driving, vehicular homicide by operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated. The arrest came a day after a vehicle driven by Mure slammed into a utility pole, killing passenger Scalicity Boyd.
