The City of Newton has announced its holiday hours. The following will be closed Thursday and Friday: City Hall, Fire Business Office, Public Works Business Office, Police Business Office, Parks Business Office and the Newton Public Library. The Newton Sanitary Landfill will be closed only Thursday.
