Donald L. Wignall, 88, of Newton, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Newton. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at the church. A public vigil service will begin at 7 p.m. at the church.
