Adam and Noreen Otto, of Newton, announce the birth of their son, Rory Augustin Otto, born Oct. 24, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. He weighed 9 pounds and 14 ounces and measured 20.75 inches long. Rory joins big brother Kieran, 3.
