FORT DODGE — Police are investigating the death of a man who was found unconscious in a vehicle in Fort Dodge.
According to news release from the Fort Dodge Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunshots heard about 6:50 a.m. Wednesday. The release says after investigating the gunshots, officers came across a car parked in a nearby wooded area with 30-year-old Wendell Clark unconscious in the driver’s seat. Clark was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
