• Newton Rotary Club will begin at noon Tuesday at DMACC Newton Campus upstairs banquet room. The program will be presented by Brendon Lamont and his guest will be Luis Carlos Mais, In Bound exchange student. • Newton Fall Fest will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the courthouse square in Newton. This free, community event will highlight the final farmers’ market of 2015 along with many vendor booths, kids activities, giveaways, music and more.
