CSB donates to Newton’s Courthouse Lighting fund

The Newton Community State Bank donated $228 to the courthouse lighting fund. Pictured is Lindey Butler, CSB, handing the the check to Steve Knight, chairman for the Courthouse Lighting fund. This year’s Courthouse Lighting fundraising will be in full swing soon. They are hoping to replace the green garland this year. Last year, they replaced all the lights with LED and it made a significant difference in the light bill.
