• Christopher J. Oberholtzer, 20, of Lake Geneva, Wis., is charged with consumption/intoxication in public places after authorities were called to 2500 S. 13th Ave. E. at 11:21 a.m. Sept. 15. Officers were called about an intoxicated person at Community Heights Worship Center. They found Oberholtzer who had come to the church and talked with people before “going off.” They got him outside and locked the doors for safety. He had bloodshot eyes, seemed confused and admitted to using marijuana. He was taken to Skiff Medical Center where he displayed odd behavior. He was then taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Colton M. Keuning, 23, of Monroe, is charged with carrying weapons while intoxicated and operating while under the influence after authorities pulled him over at the intersection of Highway S52 and Highway F17 at 2:48 a.m. Saturday. Officers saw Keuning had bloodshot, watery eyes and smelled of alcohol. He admitted to drinking before driving and had a BAC of .093. Keuning told officers there was a firearm in the vehicle, and he had a weapons permit. Officers located an unloaded .45 caliber handgun. He said that he thought it was loaded when he placed it in the vehicle. Officers spoke with the passenger in the vehicle who said he had unloaded it. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Dylan W. Soutter, 21, of Colfax, is charged with carrying weapons after authorities pulled over the vehicle he was traveling in at the intersection of Highway S52 and Highway F17 at 2:48 a.m. Saturday. Soutter was found to have an unloaded a weapon that was located in the vehicle he was traveling in. He did not have a weapons permit. He also had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Jacob D. Warrick, 21, of Monroe, is charged with possession of controlled substance after authorities pulled him over at 624 Highway F62 E. at 3:02 p.m. Friday. Officers were searching the vehicle when they found a baggy with marijuana in it. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
