• Ryan J. LaGrow, 25, of Tooele, Utah, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 6:26 p.m. Sept. 4 at 6:26 p.m. after an employee of the Colfax Valley BP Station informed authorities of a possibly intoxicated customer. According to a police report, LaGrow was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol when officers arrived at 1402 N. Walnut St. Investigators said LaGrow refused a chemical test. He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
