FLAGLER — A man working on a BNSF railroad bridge in south-central Iowa has been injured in a fall.
The accident occurred around 2 p.m. Wednesday near Flagler in Marion County. Authorities say the man was wearing a safety harness when he fell 7 to 8 feet onto his back in a rocky creek bed. The man was flown to a Des Moines hospital for treatment. His name hasn’t been released.
