DECORAH — Luther seniors Hannah Kielly of Baxter; Isabelle Christopher, Anders Hopkins and Caleb Sander of Newton, Iowa, participated in commencement ceremonies for the class of 2015 on May 24 in Luther’s Regents Center.
Kielly, the daughter of Carol and David Kielly, received a degree in art. She graduated magna cum laude.
Christopher, the daughter of John and Verna Christopher, received a degree in nursing.
Hopkins, the son of Sara Ann and Stephen Hopkins, received a degree in classics and anthropology. He graduated cum laude.
Sander, the son of Michael and Rebecca Sander, received a degree in music. He graduated cum laude.
Luther President Paula Carlson congratulated the graduates and introduced Mike Danforth, a 1995 graduate of Luther and executive producer of National Public Radio’s “Wait Wait ... Don’t Tell Me!” who gave the commencement address.
