LIME CITY — Two men from Muscatine have been killed in an accident along Interstate 80 in eastern Iowa’s Cedar County.
The accident occurred around 4:30 a.m. Sunday. The Iowa State Patrol said a semitrailer was legally parked on the south shoulder of the eastbound lanes when it was struck in the rear by a car.
The truck driver was not injured.
