• Rep Loebsack’s district representative will host office hours at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Uncle Nancy’s Coffee House, 114 N. Second Ave. W. in Newton. Amelia Schoeneman will be on hand to work with individuals who are having difficulty with a government agency, have suggestions for Dave, or would just like to share their concerns. • Newton Rotary Club will meet at noon Tuesday at DMACC Newton Campus upstairs banquet room. The program will be on the Rotary Foundation and an update on Student Builders.
