Kelley gets the job done

I am writing about Dan Kelley. He has been our representative after the passing of Paul Bell in 2010.

There has been a lot of negativity both in letters recently as well as at the doors during election time. Yes, I’m one of the many volunteers who work to get good people elected into office.

Dan. It doesn’t really matter if you personally like him or not, the question you should be concerned with is “Does Dan Kelley do his job?” I’ve heard a lot of comments that he’ll do for now. There are a lot of folks that hold different votes against him because he didn’t vote how they wanted him to. The key thing I’ve learned about Dan is he does research, he talks to people, he votes what’s best for ALL lowans, not just the Democrats. He truly is a representative that works for all his constituents in his area. IF you don’t like a vote, ask him about it. He’s very open about what his logic was in his vote.

I guess what it comes down to is do you want a good ole boy or do you want someone who’s going to get in there and do his job?
