Priscilla was born Sept. 15, 1915, on a farm south of Laurel, to James and Elizabeth Hilton McKibbin. The family lived on various farms near Laurel, Newburg and Kellogg, and she would walk more than four miles to a country school each day with her sister, Peggy. Later, she attended public school in Kellogg.

On May 3, 1939, she was united in marriage to James L. Anderson at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. The family lived in Kellogg, and later relocated to their farm north of Kellogg. Priscilla was a mother and homemaker before working as a teller at the Kellogg-Sully Bank. They moved to Seeland Park in Grinnell in 1999.

Priscilla was active in the Kellogg Christian Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the Ladies Aid. She was also a member of the Eastern Star, the PTA of Kellogg, the Kellogg Historical Society and the Grinnell Chamber of Commerce. She was a very devoted wife and mother and enjoyed sharing her time with her grandchildren. She volunteered for many organizations, was a sports enthusiast (especially the Utah Jazz) and loved ballroom dancing.

Survivors include her children, Marcie (Chuck) Fritz of Waukon and Dr. Rick (Susan) Anderson of Salt Lake City, Utah; five grandchildren, David (Kim) Fritz, Mark Anderson, Anne (Brent) Berns, Erin Turney and Sadie (Dave) Hawkes; 13 great-grandchildren, Trevor, Trent and Troy Fritz, Brooke, Drew, Riley and Reid Berns, Alexander and Olivia Turney, Bauer and Lily Anderson, Tommy and Vivienne Hawkes; and one sister, Peggy Klein of Oskaloosa.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two brothers, James and John McKibbin; and two sisters, Betty Stemsrud and Sarah Blum.

The family would like to thank the people of Seeland Park and St. Francis Manor as well as her wonderful neighbors and friends for the support over the past few years.
