• Celebrate Recovery women’s study will meet at 5 p.m. Monday at Hephzibah House, 721 E. Fourth St. N. in Newton.

• Alcoholics Anonymous will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 223 E. Fourth St. N. in Newton.

• Newton Golden K Kiwanis will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Newton Village for social time, coffee and a program by Rex Heisdorffer, fireman, rescue. • California Baptist Male Chorale performance will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Prairie City Christian Reformed Church, 604 E. Sixth St. in Prairie City. The unique tonal quality and contagiously vibrant, visual presence of these young men will engage and inspire young and old alike. Last year they put on an amazing concert with brass instruments, percussion and piano, along with 60 male voices singing.
