Jody (Wilcox) Victorine, 80, of Newton, died Friday, April 17, 2015, at the Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
As per Jody’s wishes she has been cremated and a private family burial will be at the Palo Alto Cemetery in rural Newton at a later date.
Memorials to the Jasper County Animal Rescue League and Humane Society may be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home. Memorials may also be mailed to the Wallace Family Funeral Home please put, Attn: VictorineFamily on the envelope.
Those left to honor Jody’s memory are her daughters, Jana Jackson of Fredrick, Md., and Jill Jackson of Newton; two grandchildren, Jenny and Sarah; five great-grandchildren; and her sister, Sandy (Brian) Rozanski of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jim A. Victorine in 1990.
