FOREST CITY — A trial date has been set for an Iowa kindergarten teacher accused of inappropriately touching a child under the age of 14. Court records say 61-year-old Allen Twait, of Forest City, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of lascivious acts with a child. His trial is scheduled to begin June 24. Prosecutors say the reported incident was not alleged to have occurred at the school where Twait is employed.
