Phyllis Maxine (Wilson) Bartlow, 78, of Carlisle, formerly of Oskaloosa and Monroe, died Friday, April 3, 2015.
Burial will be at Rochester Cemetery, Scott Township, Mahaska County. Garland-Van Arkel-Langkamp Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. A memorial service will be at a later date.
